Loved hanging with these four in the park for our lifestyle fall family photo session. We truly captured some fall magic - and had a lot of fun, too! It was so sweet to see their oldest explore all of the flowers in the garden and that little one - could she BE any more precious?! I'm a sucker for the tights and the tutus and the pink bows - especially for sisters. We had our session on a misty, but mild fall morning. I love capturing those yellows, right as the trees start to turn and there's still a solid amount of greenery!
Couldn't have asked for more ideal clients. Loved how these four showed up on time (ie, early!) and thoughtfully dressed in this gorgeous (but not too formal) attire! The blue and light pink and white was a dream against the colors of the garden that was just about to plunge into full-fledged fall. The overcast day provided some really beautiful even light for us as well. These last two weeks of October are my favorite weeks for shooting outdoors, because the weather is temperate (this means parents aren't sweating, and kids aren't cold and uncomfortable) the trees are still full of foliage, and while yes, things might be slightly more green, you do get some glorious pops of fall color as well.
